In 2006, RE/MAX set out to build the industry's first nationwide network of IDX Web sites - making virtually every residential listing in the U.S. available on remax.com. Within the first six months of launch, the site had more than 3.1 million listings and had generated nearly 900,000 leads - all going to RE/MAX Associates with no referral fee from RE/MAX International. Within a year, more than 2 million leads had been generated. An average of 1.6 million unique visitors log on to remax.com monthly.

Tied directly to the revamped remax.com is LeadStreet, the network's lead-management system. Associates can accept leads on their mobile device, cell phone or computer. LeadStreet's tools help them manage and nurture the leads and turn them into closed transactions.

These powerful tools are more examples RE/MAX being ahead of the game technologically.

The site enables Associates to showcase themselves with photographs and up-to-date profile information - and enhance their listings free through LeadStreet with additional photos and virtual tours.

Millions of listings are at a buyer's fingertips in the Property Search area of remax.com. Consumers can also search worldwide for RE/MAX agents and offices. They can contact Associates directly by using the highly visible and easy-to-use "Find an Agent" or "Find an Office" searches, which include direct e-mail capability.
The RE/MAX Collection feature enables consumers to quickly find high-end residential listings in their area.

The site has an international flavor, emphasizing the more than 70 countries and territories in which RE/MAX is present.
