and then get out of their way.

many tout this, few companies can actually pass the

the support of a name brand and/or a national presence?
- Does
the company offer more tools for success to their

to retain the maximum commission possible? Allowing
agents to keep what they earn?
- Does
the company promote their agents ahead and above the
company in all their advertising?
- Does
the company empower their agents to make the decisions
that impact their own business without permission
