Many real estate companies claim to put their agents
first. They claim to give their agents the tools
and then get out of their way.
While many tout this, few companies can
actually pass the litmus test. To truly be a "Agent-Centric
Company" where the agent really comes first requires
'Yes' to the following;
- Does the company charge the agents among the
lowest fees available in the industry today, while
providing the support of a name brand and/or a national
presence?
- Does the company offer more tools for success to
their agents than any other company in the world?
Or even the local competitors?
- Does the company have a fee program that allows
agents to retain the maximum commission possible?
Allowing agents to keep what they earn?
- Does the company promote their agents ahead and
above the company in all their advertising?
- Does the company empower their agents to make the
decisions that impact their own business without
permission from the company or broker?
- We believe that when you put the agent first, EVERYBODY
WINS.
- We believe high desk fees are counter productive
to an agent's success and does not motivate them to
excel.
- We believe strict rules and regulations are
designed to protect and promote the company / brand,
but suppress the entrepreneurial spirit in its people.
When agents can keep what they earn and are allowed
to make the decisions necessary for their own business
they are encouraged and motivated to be
successful. And as agents become more successful,
the office become more successful and the company becomes
more successful. Everybody wins.
Is it any wonder that RE/MAX has nearly tripled
in the Pacific Northwest over the past 5 years. Growing to
over 3,600 agents. The word is getting out. At RE/MAX
it's ....
